Chelsea College of Arts Staff Exhibition

Chelsea College of Arts has many art and design practitioners as teaching staff as you would expect, although Chelsea also has many more artist and designers in administration, support and estates staff. For the past four years Chelsea have been showing staff work in an annual staff show and its a fantastic opportunity to see all the Chelsea staff represented by their creativity.

For me its fantastic to see what colleagues do as artist and designers outside their day jobs and its also a great opportunity to show work especially work I've yet to show publicly. This year I'm showing 'Butlins 1977' a painting I made when I still had a studio (Stockwell Studios) now expensive apartments.

The opportunity to share work and talk about personal arts practice with colleagues and students is a valuable experience and a really enjoyable annual event to be part of.
