Teaching and Learning Fund 2016/17

The Teaching and Learning Exchange is excited to announce its 2016-17 funding round. This year we have consolidated our entire curriculum focused funding into a single call with one application form.

The aim of this funding is to support colleagues and students from across the University to improve and enhance the student experience. We would like you to do one or more of the following:

  • Challenge yourself and others

  • Experiment with approaches to teaching and learning whether craft or digital or the intersection of both

  • Embrace opportunities for enhancing and valuing diversity, widening participation, student enterprise and employability and/or sustainability literacy

  • Improve the learning experience through research-informed teaching

Proposed projects should make interventions that improve the student experience and should either be embedded in course curriculum or closely linked.

Applicants can bid for funding of £1,500, £3,000 or £5,000 for projects that will run between January 2017 and December 2017.

Deadline for applications: midday Wednesday 14th December 2016
